Of Place was engaged by Kettler to help refine the retail and public realm vision for the 40-acre, mixed-use Gas Worx project in Ybor City and provide a review and audit of the development’s master plan. After establishing the overarching retail strategy, Of Place has continued working with the client to ensure the retail design, merchandising and storytelling tools are aligned with the project’s vision of creating a new, vibrant and walkable community that authentically connects to the rich cultural legacy of Ybor City.
