Alison is responsible for development and operations. Alison takes a holistic approach to placemaking with a focus on retail design and interface with the architectural teams to ensure that the assets are best positioned to optimally perform during lease up and operations.

George is focused on connecting developers with passionate local tenants who share a common vision, to improve the communities in which they operate. George’s skillset spans a variety of retail environments, and in each he strives to provide service which stretches beyond the boundaries of traditional brokerage. George integrates financial acumen, creativity, and a deep understanding of the development process to maximize positive outcomes for his clients.

Robin leads the vision of the company. Bringing almost forty years of mixed-use development, asset management and operations experience, her career has focused primarily on the careful tailoring of strategy to match the needs of the investor and the real estate.

Sam is responsible for development and master planning advisory. Sam guides clients with a creative and forward-thinking approach by integrating placemaking principles and optimal retail design throughout the development process.

VICE PRESIDENT | Market Research & Hospitality

Josh leverages experience in the hospitality and economic development sectors to guide placemaking strategy. Before joining Of Place, he was executive chef of the two Michelin starred minibar in Washington, DC.  His development work includes posts at the Georgetown BID, the Fenty administration, and the Brookings Institution.

Aaron provides strategic and design leadership for the company. Aaron is focused on elevating the holistic design and performance of our clients’ projects, leveraging his spontaneous creativity and diverse background in architectural and public realm design.

Jake advises clients on strategic master planning and asset management to ensure they maximize the value of their real estate. He is focused on providing thoughtful recommendations, by leveraging his financial analysis background and experience with the retail asset class.

Katelyn is responsible for development and master planning advisory. Prior to joining Of Place, Katelyn was a member of Strategic Property Partners’ development team for Water Street Tampa, managing luxury hospitality, multi-family, parking, and office projects.

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Jack combines creative vision, project management expertise, and technical skill to guide development and master planning. With experience in mixed-use and ground-up projects, he integrates construction management, financial strategy, and tenant-focused solutions to deliver innovative, high-performing developments that enhance communities.

SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER

Drew is a graphics & creative services specialist, who has worked with many top tier fashion brands, and major retailers. His position lies at the intersection of branding, graphic design, and real estate development.

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN MANAGER

Ashley has collaborated on development strategies for downtowns up and down the eastern coast. As a designer being architecturally trained, she focuses on creating smart, pedestrian friendly places while pushing the envelope with creative building solutions to populate newly created or redeveloped downtowns.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Jake is responsible for tracking and execution for Of Place’s corporate functions. He works closely with the development advisory group to make sure deadlines and deliverables exceed client’s expectations
